Free Shipping Offer at DalyMusic.com

Daly Music offers customers some of the best deals in the industry – but we don’t stop there!  In appreciation of your business, we will also pay the shipping fees on most orders over $199.00!  To qualify, your merchandise subtotal must exceed $199.00 USD (not including S&H or applicable sales tax).  Please see the following for details:

• All qualifying orders must be paid by credit card at the time of purchase.
  
  
• Free Shipping Offer applies only to UPS Ground Service within the Continental United States (lower 48 states).  Lighter weight items may be shipped via USPS.
  
  
• Only physical addresses are accepted.  No shipments to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
  
  
• Excludes oversized/overweight items (including, but not limited to: some amplifiers, guitar packages, DJ/audio packages, speaker cabinets, key keyboards and pianos, large drums, cellos, upright basses, equipment cases, drum cases, drum racks, large guitar amplifier combos and amp heads, and other large or heavy items).
  
  
• Excludes items that are shipped in multiple packages (such as lighting and PA systems, some drum sets, and other equipment packages).
  
  
• Regular shipping rates generally apply to products that do not qualify for our Free Shipping Offer.  Rates are automatically calculated and displayed to you during checkout and before you finalize the order.  If a qualifying order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, we will still ship all eligible items free of charge.  Shipping charges will be applied ONLY to the non-eligible items.
  
  
• Some institutional orders and/or orders placed using purchase orders may not qualify for our Free Shipping Offer.  Please contact us for details.
  
  
• If an item is purchased with Free Shipping and then returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer – unless the item is returned due to a defect.

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Free Shipping Offer at any time.

By utilizing several warehouses nationwide, DalyMusic.com provides its customers with low prices and fast delivery.  To help expedite your order, please ensure that your billing address, shipping address, and phone number match the information on file with your credit card issuer.  Shipping delays may occur if you plan to have a product shipped to an address that is different from your billing address.

Please note:  All orders are subject to a 24-hour delay in order to verify billing information with your credit card issuer.  This may be necessary to help protect you from credit card fraud and/or identity theft.  Due to security precautions, some orders may require extended verification.  We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.  All items purchased from Daly Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
